Job Description

• Position Title: Assistant Sales Manager
• Working Location: Tuas (Transport pick up in the West areas)
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + Car Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand existing customer accounts while acquiring new ones through sales quotations and closing sales.
• Manage sales activities, including addressing customer inquiries, conducting site visits, coordinating orders, and collecting payments.
• Collaborate closely with other sales personnel to execute marketing and sales activities.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required.

Assist in creating and implementing sales plans, identifying target markets, and developing strategies to achieve sales goals.

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, assigning tasks, providing performance feedback, and coaching to improve sales skills.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular sales reports, highlighting key metrics and insights for management.

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off
