Job Responsibilities:

• Department Store/Retail sales and stock taking duties

Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or Business Administration
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or Logistics industry or function.
• Knowledgeable in local & other countries Customs regulations
• Ability to work independently with high level of commitment and resilient.
• Resourceful, organized with excellent analytical skills; result-oriented mindset; able to work in a fast-paced working environment.

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

Job Description

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM, Saturday 8.30 AM – 12.30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Market company’s entire product range and prospects for customers across assigned territories.
• Manage the entire customer sales cycle, including pre-sales, post-sales, etc.
• Respond to the functional and technical aspects of customers' requests for quotations, enquiries, and orders.
• Responsible for representing products to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions, or trade shows.
• Develop sales tactics, set sales targets, and proceed to meet targets set for designated areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to organize work processes.
• Perform timely management reports.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
