Key Responsibilities

• Develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel to acquire new accounts.
• Coordinate involvement from company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and satisfy customer expectations.
• Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned accounts.
• Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs.
• Lead solution development efforts that best address customer requirements, coordinating necessary company personnel involvement.
• Achieve the assigned sales quota within designated accounts.
• Meet expectations for profitability.
• Fulfill customer objectives as defined by company management.
• Complete customer account plans to company standards.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in line with company's objectives.

• Minimum Degree holder in any discipline with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial sales role.

Job Summary:

Seeking a Sales Manager / Engineer with a civil engineering background and sales experience in construction or building materials. This role involves liaising with consultants, professional engineers, architects, and façade contractors to drive sales and deliver presentations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Build relationships with industry professionals.
• Coordinate with the technical team to present aluminum and glass, façade and curtain wall solutions.
• Coordinate with project teams and provide regular sales updates.
• Follow up on claims and payments from clients to ensure timely processing.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Sales experience in construction / building materials
• Knowledge of façades, curtain walls, and glazing systems is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Sales Executive (Direct/Corporate Sales) - High Commission

• Develop new B2B customers
• Create leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals, etc
• Follow-up on leads and sales inquires
• Achieve sales targets and reporting on sales and business development, including updates on competitors’ activities and market situations
• Execute effective call reports and meet business KPIs
• Promote and disseminate information to end-users and professionals on our products

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level

· Preferably with 1-2 years of proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in Corporate Gifts

• Strong negotiation and selling skills.

• Good presentation and communication skills, able to build good rapport with customers
• Computer literate

  Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • With 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, Knowledge of window finishing Product.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • With class 3 & possess own transport is an advantage.

• 5.5 day’s work week, M-F 9 am – 6 pm (Alternate Sat)
• Salary: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
• Working Location: 49 Kaki Bukit View
• Being able to start work immediately will be added advantage.
