We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a fitness influencer and personal trainer in her daily operations, social media management, and business expansion. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating content creation, engaging with followers, and assisting in the development of fitness programs and merchandise. The ideal candidate is a creative, fitness-savvy individual with experience in social media and a passion for health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling & Coordination

• Manage the influencer’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle appointments.

• Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and content creation sessions.

• Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for events, collaborations, or brand partnerships.

2. Social Media Management

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

• Track social media analytics and provide insights on engagement and follower growth.

• Stay updated on social media trends and suggest content ideas.

3. Content Creation Assistance

• Support the influencer during filming and photo sessions, including setting up equipment and ensuring high-quality content.

• Help brainstorm and develop creative content ideas aligned with fitness, wellness, and lifestyle.

4. Business Development Support

• Assist in developing and launching fitness programs, from initial concept to marketing.

• Conduct market research on fitness trends and competitor offerings.

• Help with logistics for merchandise production, order management, and fulfillment.

5. Administrative Support

• Handle emails, contracts, and other communications with brands, clients, and followers.

• Maintain organized files for collaborations, invoices, and business documents.

• Support daily tasks to streamline operations and maximize productivity.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Experience in social media management (knowledge of IG, TikTok, YouTube preferred)

• Familiarity with the fitness industry or passion for fitness and wellness

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in basic photo/video editing is a plus

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
