• Verify and process Principal invoices.
• Compile and submit necessary documents to the principal.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on time.
• Coordinate with Sales and Project teams.
• Process Purchase Orders and ensure timely execution.
• Handle budget revisions when required.
• Track orders and monitor shipment details.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Business Admin
• Min 2 years of experience in Admin Support for sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
