Shipping Assistant cum Accounts

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Shipping Assistant cum Accounts to join our team at Fairteck Holding Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a diploma in a relevant field, and preferably, experience with SAP or other ERP software. This role also involves supporting the Sales Support team and handling import/export documentation.

Job Description:

· Attend to import and export shipment process and documentation preparation

· Daily tracking of export shipments and coordination with service providers

· Knowledge of shipping, custom-related issues, port operations, and permit declaration.

· Liaising closely with various forwarders for shipment confirmation and shipment arrangements

· Follow up and advise customers on shipment status

· Able to assist retail department preparing invoice and DO for daily delivery

· Input data and generate reports for retail department

· Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· 'O' Level or above, or equivalent

· 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field

· Work independently and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;

Responsibilities

• Work with team to ensure smooth execution of store activities and deliveries to customers

• Conduct inspections of incoming products

As an Assistant HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the international business while also providing essential HR functions. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth operations, maintain process efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the department. You will work closely with executive management and team to execute operational plans, meet organizational objectives, and support HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with payroll partners to process monthly payroll and verify payroll accuracy.
• Handle Regional Recruitment and process work visa applications.
• Prepare HR letters, including employment letters, confirmation letters, bonus letters, and annual review documents.
• Manage staff onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring updates are made accurately.
• Assist in preparing operational reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.
• Support the team in managing relationships with key stakeholders and identify process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/human resources or a related field, those with a master’s degree will have a definite advantage.
• Proven experience in international business operations REQUIRED.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational projects.
• Excellent project management skills with an analytical mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• You must have international experience.
• As you will be dealing with multiple China offices fluent Mandarin is REQUIRED.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 1-2 years in a management position REQUIRED.
