   • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere to attract and retain loyal customers.
   • Develop and implement customer retention strategies (e.g., loyalty programs, promotions).
4. Inventory Management:
   • Oversee inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
   • Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure the store is well-stocked with products that meet customer demand.
   • Conduct regular stock audits and implement loss prevention measures.
5. Store Operations:
   • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
   • Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and drive sales.
   • Enforce store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
   • Manage cash handling, register reconciliation, and daily financial reports.
6. Reporting and Administration:
   • Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports, and other performance metrics to senior management.
   • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
   • Monitor and manage store expenses and profitability, identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
7. Marketing and Promotions:
   • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and events.
   • Create and execute local marketing strategies to increase store foot traffic and sales.
   • Ensure that promotional displays are set up correctly and that promotional materials are used effectively.

• Attend to customer inquiries, quotations, and taking of orders from the customers. Involved in the coordination works for fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
• Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely responses to their queries
• Understand customer's requirements, provide advice and assistance to customers with regard to technical issues
• Responsible for hunting new customers and growth areas
• A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business clients
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Able to work independently, strong initiative as well as a team player
• You will be given a monthly sales target. This target will be revised as and when the Company deems fit.
• Collate and submit sales reports and analysis
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Sales role. Relevant experience in Marine Industry is an added advantage
• Possess Class 3 driving license and own a car are preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, verbal and written (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and customers)
• GCE A Level, Diploma, and/or above in Sales or any other discipline relevant to the marine industry
• Proficient in IT Skills e.g. MS Office
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
• Knowledge in SAP system is preferred
• Able to start work immediately.

Basic Salary: S$2600 to S$4500 + Allowance
