Our client is a Automotive Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Temp Sales Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.

Job Descrpition:

• Assist customers with inquiries about products, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems, ensuring accuracy and a smooth checkout process.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring that merchandise is neatly displayed, shelves are stocked, and the environment is clean and welcoming.
• Support the sales team by replenishing stock, organizing promotional materials, and assisting with sales events.
• Handle basic customer service tasks, such as returns or exchanges, in accordance with store policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Assist with other duties as assigned, such as inventory checks or restocking products.

The Role

• Provide a positive customer experience with friendly, and courteous service.
• Maintain high standard of hygiene of front and back of the house.
• Check quality and maintain freshness of products.
• Assist customers in preparation and selection of products.
• Ensure good display of products.
• Minimise product wastage.
• Maintain excellent customer service at all times.
• Maximise sales and profitability of the department.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
