CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the golf driving range, from equipment maintenance to cleanliness and service standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support the operations team in managing daily tasks, including overseeing staff and assisting with scheduling.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, including simulators and tracking systems, ensuring they’re always in top working condition.
• Help enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and licensing requirements.
• Assist in organizing and executing fun member events, promotions, and corporate activities that attract and engage guests.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Sports Management, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in operations or customer service, ideally in a golf or leisure environment.
• Familiarity with golf driving ranges and equipment (such as simulators and ball tracking systems) is a plus.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• A genuine passion for golf and creating great experiences for guests.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system and distribution management systems applications;

Involved in enhancement of the software functionality and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability and performance;

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, enhancements and fixes;

Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external customers to ensure smooth execution of projects and provide timely updates on project status;

Assist client for Annual Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration (VAPT) activity and follow up on the findings;

Follow up with product supplier and vendors, test and install the system patching when necessary;

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic/University;

Knowledge in programming languages such as C, C++ and Java;

Salary for experience candidates will be considered based on the years of experience and our internal salary structure

1 month AWS

Variable Bonus up to 6 Month depending on individual and company performance

Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm

Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)

Annual Leave: 14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)

18 days up to 21 days for executive (Engineer and above)
