Job Responsibilities
· General affairs
- Handling phone calls, receiving and sending documents/mails
· Accounting work
- Sorting of Director’s reimbursement claims, checking staff’s reimbursement claims, arranging payment to staff & vendor, prepare monthly list on payments, communicating with headquarters in Japan
· Sales support
- Sales reports (actual, forecast) submission and etc.
- Communicate with distributors, logistic management, order placement
- To help our salesteam
- Documentation work
· HR Operation
- Onboarding and offboarding, applying Working Pass for expats, staffs HR inquiry, attendance management, MOM surveys and etc
· Other secretarial and adhoc tasks
Qualifications/Requirements
· Fluency in English a must.
· Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
· High communication skills, pro-business attitude and independence.
· Desired personality: Considerate and thoughtful, and capable of working with a positive attitude.
· Candidates with work experience in Singapore are preferred.
· Candidates with experience performing the above roles preferred.
