As a Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) at Caton Technology, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions. This role involves staying relevant to technology trends within the industry verticals of our customers. You will be required to present proposals from two perspectives: Technical and Commercial / Financial. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into comprehensive IP transmission solutions.
• Utilise expertise in IP Transmission stream protocols to design and implement efficient and reliable solutions.
• Work closely with internal sales teams, global resellers, and System Integration partners to drive business growth and expand market reach.

• Design system architecture and network infrastructure for IP transmission, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in broadcast and IP transmission industries as a Solutions Architect or senior Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of IP transmission technologies, protocols and networking concepts.
• Proficient in designing and implementing solutions using IP networking, routing and switching technologies.
• Familiar with cloud computing platforms and services (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in selling IP transmission managed services and building successful customer relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
