The International Payroll Analyst combines technical expertise, project management and employee relations all in one.

You will play a key role in preparing monthly payroll instructions to third party vendors and support internal payroll projects. Working closely with the greater International Payroll team, you will act as a trusted advisor to both third party vendors and internal stakeholders regarding integrated solutions and implementation projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accounting Function

1.1 Oversee all financial matters to ensure proper utilisation of funds, accountability and internal control (both routine maintenance and development work). To prepare and monitor effective use of yearly budget and highlight inconsistencies to management's attention.

1.2 Approve the disbursement of funds for authorised payment of expenses for maintenance and operation of the hospital to a standard comparable to the market in accordance with prevailing accounting policies of SANH.

1.3 Prepare, interpret and analyse monthly financial statement and advise management on any unusual findings.

1.4 Carry out credit policies to prevent bad debts while maintaining favourable public relations with customers.

1.5 Set up and maintain a system of inventory and fixed asset control and with yearly physical stock take to verify status of asset against records, whenever necessary.

1.6 Participate in the formulation of financial policies through the submission of papers to the Finance/Audit/Management Committee under the directive of the ED and advice of Senior Finance Manager (SAMH).

1.7 Act as a liaison between external/internal auditor and the nursing home.

1.8 Ensure quality records are maintained within the statutory required retention periods through proper identification, filing, storage, maintenance and disposition of records.

1.9 Regularly review pricing and cost and recommend changes to management in view of changing market forces.

2. Financial information System

2.1 Work with the lT Department in the development, maintenance and the security control of SANH‘s financial information system.

2.2 Provide advice on the financial accounting system interface in implementing or introducing new information technology to the nursing home.

3. Administrative/Supervisory Duties

3.1 Plan, organise, control and develop the Finance Department, its systems and its staff to a high degree of professionalism.

3.2 Supervise the maintenance of payroll journals and any payroll information for submission to authorities for funding.

3.3 Oversee procuring and purchasing processes to ensure that products procured are at the lowest prices from approved vendors and conform to specified requirements after taking into consideration quality, similarity and vendor‘s credibility.

3.4 Participate in the design and implementation of new projects within Finance Department or in interdepartmental committees/Quality Control Circles,

3.5 Participate in relevant internal and external committees as assigned

3.6 Undertake relevant training so as to keep abreast with latest financial accounting information technology and with own profession.

JOB SUMMARY

The Clinic Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of a healthcare clinic. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, patient interaction, and organizational responsibilities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

Patient Interaction / Patient Care Assistance:

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and visitors upon arrival and leaving.
• Direct patients to examination rooms and prepare them for the healthcare professionals (doctors).
• Assist with basic medical procedures, such as measuring vital signs, as per training and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Level:

• Having knowledge on “HealthierSG” or other health programmes are a bonus.
• On-Job-Training guidance will be provided for new hires without experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

Under limited supervision, and in accordance with Company policies, procedures and guidelines, your job responsibilities include but not limited to the following

• Perform patient registration, specimen reception, preparation and packing of specimen
• Performs routine laboratory test procedures as outlined in the established SOPs and according to MOH regulations, ISO and CAP accreditation. Adheres to quality assurance and quality control procedures in performing all testing.
• Perform laboratory analysis (e.g., Urine microscopy, full blood count, HbA1c, ABO Blood grouping, Coagulation, etc.), operate and maintain instruments according to work instruction in Haematology.
• Perform phlebotomy (optional) procedures if required
• Assist Supervisor in day-to-day operation of the department
• Assist Supervisor to ensure manpower resources are managed well to handle the daily workload for the department
• Responsible to verify and report accurate results in timely fashion; investigates and reports any anomalies.
• Responsible to perform daily quality control check and troubleshoot as required.
• Ensure proper documentations and records for traceability (e.g. acknowledgement on QC and maintenance checklist after completion).
• Assist to resolve client or doctor’s queries and escalate to supervisors(HODs) and Lab Manager when necessary in a timely manner

We are currently expanding and looking for Assistant Store Manager who would be responsible for general operation, merchandising, people management, budget control, compliance, store image and sales and stock control for our retail stores.

Some of the main job scope include:

Product management

1. Commercial management

• Being aware of the customers' needs and market trends, our collection and competitors
• Provide commercial calendar yearly; plan and organize the sales periods and new season launch
• Responsible for the store’s KPIs and provide regular reporting
• Analyse the sales reports, facilitate weekly commercial meetings & workshops, acting on the matters and follow up the result
• Stock management and rotation control
• Others: define the grades of the new opening stores and making the buying for these stores; prepare and record the money mapping for his/her store

2. Visual merchandising

• Responsible for the image of the shop, ensure it is aligned with the VMG, season and proper implementation of our merchandising policy
• Train, develop, teach and work with the staff to enhance their VM skills; coordinate the new mannequins, fixtures, furniture for the windows
• Maintain the storefront image (cleanliness, commercial appearance, and lighting)
• Run competition analysis on range of offerings, price points, quality etc.

3. Process management

• Follow the deliver process, ensure the shop receives the right amount of items in a right conditions
• Monitor the customer service and the image of the staff (uniform procedures, make up etc.)
• Monitor the timetable and planning to ensure the shop has enough staffs to operate
• Others: store maintenance, coordinate various inventory and movements, control the shop & staff general expenses (stationary, alterations etc.), control the staffs lockers area

4. Customer Relations Management

• Provide the best service in stores; lead by example and provide customer service to create own customer portfolio
• Apply customer service policies and procedures e.g. returns and refunds, product changes etc.
• Resolve customer complaints
• Hold effective meetings with the teams on all customer related matters

People Management

1. Working Schedules

• Set the working schedules, floor plans according to the commercial necessity
• Organise the ALs of the staffs and ensure its compliance to the Labour Law
• Recording the productivity per hour in unit and value
• Training and development of staffs; identify training needs and taking actions
• Onboarding of new staffs

2. Appraisal

• Evaluate staffs and organize weekly feedback sessions
• Propose the promotions for vacant positions
• Recruitment of staffs
• Other matters: ensure the most efficient workforce management and deployment of staffs, disciplinary actions and warnings (only when necessary)

3. Risk Management

• Monitor the internal and external privacy policies e.g. data protection, workplace monitoring
• Communicate and train workforce on health and safety requirements
• Ensure all activities in the store are compliant with the local laws, regulations and company’s code of conduct

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in fashion/ apparel retail, preferably from known international brands
• Prior managerial experience is a must – experienced in hiring, training and people management
• Bilingually fluent in English & Mandarin to serve both international and Mandarin speaking customers
