Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to meet sales targets and profitability goals for the fashion apparel pop-up stall.
• Managed and trained sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and achieved sales targets.
• Set and monitor sales targets for individual staff members and the pop-up stall as a whole.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the fashion design team to ensure that the product offering aligns with customer preferences and fashion trends.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Ensure that the pop-up stall is visually appealing and attractive to customers.
• Monitor and report on sales performance to senior management.
