Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by promoting our luxury skincare products and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or high-end skincare brands.
• Passion for Skincare: A genuine passion for skincare and beauty, with a keen interest in helping customers achieve their skincare goals.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong upselling and cross-selling abilities.

• Proven work experience as a Beauty & Wellness sales executive or similar role
• Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace
• Holding relevant Certificatoins in Beauty Industry
• Additional certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations
• Hire and train Beauticians, as needed
• Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
• Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock
• Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations and treatment rooms
• Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards
• Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules
• Promote services, products and discounts on social media
• Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
• Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)
• Run online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers
• Must be able to work night shift and split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective customers through personal sourcing, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, and roadshows and events attendance.
• Recommend appropriate products based on analyses of customers' needs and technical knowledge of product features and capabilities.
• Sell and arrange for delivery, insurance, financing, or service contracts for products.
• Process leasing sales through preparation of sales agreements and relevant sales documentation, liaising between customers and internal departments to ensure successful sale.
• Undertake showroom management and daily operation duties to upkeep products.

• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

We are looking for a high-performing & dynamic Sales Head (Financial Services) managing & delivering revenue growth in the Utilities, Transport & Logistics Sectors. The successful candidate will be a hands-on hunter, win new logos, large multi-year deals.

As Sales Head, responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets annually. Sales Head duties will include achieving annual targets, building client relationships, and growing the company. Singapore is the initial geographical focus of the role and eventually, expand to Southeast Asia.

Requirements

• Degree holder
• At least 12 years of professional sales work experience within IT Services in Singapore and Southeast Asia
• Mandatory experience with either IT systems integration, managed services or software and services. Solution selling experience as opposed to just transactional goods and services
• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Should have existing C level relationships that can be leveraged for opening new accounts
• Ability to drive large deals (>SGD 50M)

Responsibilities

1. Identify markets and understand of products, searching new potential customers and new market opportunities and growth of business.
