Requirement

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Operations: You will be the face of the Centre, greeting visitors and answering phone calls. You will handle administrative tasks such as registration of new students, managing walk-ins, and responding to inquiries from parents.
• Sales and Enrolment Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract new students and increase enrolment.Conduct outreach to potential students and their families through various channels, including phone calls and emails. Provide information about our tuition programs, courses, and schedules to interested parents. Guide parents through the enrolment process, including registration, payment, and scheduling.
• Centre Management: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at the Centre. This may involve organizing schedules, maintaining the Centre's cleanliness and orderliness, and ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. The successful candidate will receive a start-up research grant to undertake research of international excellence and contribute to knowledge exchange activities relative to their discipline. Qualifications

Candidates are required to have a PhD in a design related discipline, or one close to completion, with a strong track record in research, education, or professional engagements, and be able to advance the trajectory of the program.
