Job Description

• Work closely with current and new customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow double-digit sales within the assigned territory.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and new customers, including plant or facility executives.
• Generate and execute sales plans in the assigned customer base and new customer accounts to meet defined territory profit increase goals.
• Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving complaints, and escalating as required.
• Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
• Provide treatment solutions for the customer's total water management system to achieve water and energy-saving goals, cost optimization, and improve system reliability.
• Identify and execute projects to help customers achieve operational savings, ensure product quality, and reduce manpower engagement.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering with over 5 yeas of relevant technical Sales and Service experience
• Effective critical thinking and problem solving skills with ability to work in a refinery/chemical plant
• Customer oriented and always ready to engage with customers
