Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferable with minimum 2 years of working experience in M&E or construction industry.
• Possess relevant safety certificates is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project schedules.
• Willing to travel & based at the project site.

• Preparation of cheque payments, payment certificates, outstanding payables report
• Management of monthly cash book - payment vouchers, cash vouchers, showroom vouchers
• Verifying of staff claims
• Filing, archiving and safekeeping for all invoices and statement of accounts
• Bank Statement & Cash Book reconciliation
• Calling customers for payment and follow up on receivables issues and security deposits
• Other assigned ad hoc duties

Job Description :

* Support the main classroom teachers in implementation of daily programs to facilitate learning of children

* Daily routine care of children.

* Preparation of materials such as teaching resources and children's development profile.

* Participate in parents and community engagement activities.

* Support the Principal with simple administrative duties.

Requirements :

* Minimum Secondary 4 education with at least a year of experience working in a Preschool / Childcare /

Kindergareten setting

* EarlyChildhood qualification is an advantage (e.g. Fundamentals Certificate)

Responsibilities

• Provide end users in PC Hardware & Software computing needs.

• Responsible for maintaining and installing PC operating systems, application software, system patches and antivirus software

• Trouble shooting PCs, Printers, Radio Frequency (RF) and PDA devices as well as software problems.

• Assists System administrator in supporting and maintaining VM and Windows Servers.

• Assists System Administrator in setting-up, configuring and maintaining network equipment such as Routers and Switches in Wide Area Network (WAN), Wireless LAN (WLAN) and Access Points.

• Support & maintain company various CCTV surveillance systems

• Handle all IT equipment maintenance agreements and co-ordinate with vendors for system maintenance activities.

• Assists in sourcing and purchasing hardware and software to support company IT systems.

• Responsible for documentations of work processes, system workflow, operating procedures and new projects.

• Assist in user account creation/amendment/deletion based on user requests in ticketing system

• Maintain IT Hardware and Software inventory & asset tracking.

• Assist System Administrator in supporting & maintaining systems housed in data centers

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology relevant disciplines. Looking for 1-2 years of experience in IT field, but freshers are invited as well.

• Good hand-on knowledge in system administration (AIX, Linux, Redhat, Windows, VMWare, vCenter, Veeam & Cisco related softwares).

• Solution-oriented, friendly, helpful, resourceful and able to multitask, troubleshoot and work independently.

• Experience in Cloud deployment (MS Azure, Google Cloud) and supply chain domain knowledge would be an added advantage.
