RESPONSIBILITIES

The Social Work Assistant supports the Social Workers in the administrative functions related to students' matters such as preparing students admissions letters and documents, processing subsidies applications, and administering subsidies. He / She will also support the school general office in day-to-day operations, including working with bus vendors and uniform vendor.

Financial Administration:

• Process applications for MOE FAS, VWOTS, STS, SPMF, Edusave, GIRO, Student Pass, Concessionary Pass, DDR Card etc, matters related to students.
• Administer various subsidies and Edusave.
• Maintain an updated list of recipients for MOE FAS, ETS, STS, SPMF, and travelling subsidy.

SUMMARY:

Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping and Internal Laundry. Directs and works with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Summary:

• Provide support and manage project

• Follow up with clients in timely manner

• Assist sales team with site survey & system design

• Provide onsite support to diagnose and rectify technical issue

• Outline budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.

• Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.

• Manage delivery of the project according to project plan.

• Track project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.

• Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget.

• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

Additional Information:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology

• At least 1 year experience in handling software projects

• Good understanding of programming , new technology trends / applications etc and with .basic cybersecurity & network knowledge.

• Proficient in Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Access

• Able work independently and with other both indoor and outdoor locations

• Effective interpersonal skills for working in a team environment

• Able to work with deadlines and pressure

• Good working attitude and self-motivated

Job Description:

• Plans; organize, and sets up the site and sequential job planning for smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction objectives;
• Handle project schedules and technical matters.
• Able to work with subcontractors/ suppliers and ensure their works are within the schedule.
• Liaise with the project team, site staff and contractors to conduct regular site meetings and inspections for project progress updates and monitoring of quality.
• Liaise with the relevant authorities to meet permits and licensing requirements.
• Manage site progress and timely delivery of the project.
• Manage cost control and project quality compliance.
• Ensure that Work Safety and Health practices are duly carried out.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Building / Construction Management, or any other discipline related to Building Construction.
• At least 5 years experience in the building construction field. Preferably with experience in public and private projects.
• Good technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.
• Strong in persuasion, service-oriented client relationships and people management.
• Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
