Job Roles and Responsibilities
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction
• Delivering expert technical consultative services and generating detailed specification documents for Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors
• Collecting and analysing feedback from customers and prospects, sharing insights with internal teams to refine and optimize sales strategies
• Proactively seeking new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms
Requirements
· GCE “A” Level, Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or other relevant professional qualifications
· 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive
· Prior experience in the building industry is an advantage
· Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and project management skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
