Description:

• Perform strong back-end administrative support to outdoor sales team(Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing)
• Professionally handle high volume of inquires and assist to provide effective solution for customers’ issues
• Provide excellent support and customer-service
• Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed
• Support lead manager by ensuring projects adhere to agreed plans and schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to facilitate smooth operations.
• Attend online and offline product training sessions arranged by vendors to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and documents for tenders.
• Proactively sourcing for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or related field
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working/administrative experience in relevant field
• Exposure to computer hardware/software/maintenance contract
• Strong phone presence, interpersonal & customer service oriented
• Enjoy interacting and communicating with people, and maintaining good rapport with our IT Business Partners

Responsibilities

• The Sales Executive will manage his/her Sales Channel and reports directly to the CEO
• Develop effective sales strategy to grow existing accounts as well as identifying new channel opportunities to drive incremental sales
• To work closely with customers and build long term relationship
• To handle customers’ feedbacks professionally
• To work closely with the sales team in achieving the sales objective for the month, quarter and year.

Job Requirements

• Have at least 2 years experience in sale
• Manage various fruit stalls in Singapore and its employees
• Must be knowledgeable about durians and fruits from various countries and states
• Have knowledge about the pricing and quality of durians and fruits
• Be able to identify sales trends
• Able to work on split shift, night shift, weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays during peak seasons

Job Responsibility:

• Build, maintain, and enhance strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) to ensure product rotation and regularly check near-expired stock to minimize returns.
• Achieve the agreed sales targets set by the company.
• Monitor and recommend optimal stock levels to retailers to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Understand and execute basic selling procedures effectively.
• Manage payment processes and comply with the company’s payment policy.
• Follow the assigned itinerary and ensure all allocated outlets are serviced daily.
• Deliver professional and quality sales and after-sales services.
• Communicate effectively with retailers regarding trade activities and mechanics.
• Provide feedback on sales/operational issues, competitors’ promotions/pricing, and market sentiments.

Key Requirement:

• GCE “N” Level Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in General Trade (e.g., Mini Marts & Provision Shops) or Modern Trade (e.g., Supermarkets and Convenience Stores).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude..
• Possess own motorcycle and a valid Class 1 driving license.

(a) Visiting supermarket outlets as assigned

(b) Account for stock balance in outlets and resolve any discrepancy

(c) Liaise with store managers / in-charge of negotiating promotions and space buys

(d) Ensure displays are properly stocked on shelves

(e) Process and account for stock return

(f) Monitor stocks expiry date and practice first in first out stock rotation

Requirements:

Minimum GCE’N’ Level with at least 1-year working experience in Food FMCG/retail industry
Good negotiation skills
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Good verbal communication skills

Have a Motorbike to ride around would be advantageous
Able to start work within short notice is advantageous.
