Job Description & Requirements
* The HR and Admin Executive provides HR administrative support to various stakeholders.
* Support various department/project for stationery and IT software and hardware procurement.
* Maintain office IT systems including basic IT trouble shooting support, server safety and data management.
* Maintain proper recording of foreign worker data, training record data, staff attendance records, utility consumption monitoring record and IT inventory record.
* Handle and complete OTC enrolment monthly
* Assist with foreign worker management including pass application, issuance and cancellation.
* Purchase respective insurance for foreign workers. Worker’s bank account opening and training arrangement,
* Assist HR Manager in employee issues and government applications
* Register for job-related training for employees and apply for relevant training grants and funding
* Handle all matters pertaining to BCA builder license
* Assist in Company event organisation
* Perform other adhoc tasks as assigned
