Work weekJob title, main duties and responsibilities:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets

- Continuous upgrade of product knowledge through training sessions/ self-learning

- Demonstrate good team work through cooperation with colleagues and superiors

- Ensure good house-keeping with cleaning of counter and proper handling of samples

- Keep close monitoring of stocks and timely stock take of counter every month

- Ensure good attendance, timely reporting to work, cooperate with superiors on roster

- Build and maintain good relationship with store staff/ store managers

Salary Scheme: Basic Salary + High Commission

Location: Islandwide

• To provide excellent customer and sale service in a retail environment
• Identify and attend to customers’ needs and enquiries on our products
• Demonstrate/promote, provide information and sell our products
• Create a positive image and lead consumers to use/purchase it
• Set up and arrange displays & demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers
• Update and provide information and feedback to Sales & Marketing team on sales and status
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1 year similar work experience in Home Appliances / AC
• Able to commit 5-6 days work week (off days on weekdays)
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
• Well-groomed, pleasant and cheerful personality
• Good interpersonal and able to communicate well
• A team player who is proactive and highly motivated
