· Leading a team of sales personnel.

Responsibilities | Tasks

• Drive Revenue: Lead revenue-generating activities for yourself and your team, ensuring individual and team sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Team Development: Provide coaching and support to the sales team through hands-on guidance and training programs.
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities using data-driven insights to grow our market share.
• Solution Selling: Utilize PERI’s product strategy to offer the best solutions to customers and negotiate profitable contracts.
• Customer Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to improve sales processes and enhance productivity.
• Brand Representation: Act as a representative of PERI Asia, showcasing our commitment to quality and reliability in formwork, scaffolding, and engineering solutions.

Professional requirements, experience and skillset

• Several years (min. 5 yrs.) of experience in construction or related industry (preferably formwork of scaffolding industry)
• Sales or technical experience in construction or related industries (formwork industry ideal)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the management of a sales force
• Leadership and personnel development experience with teams or organizations of comparable size
• Skilled in cost optimization and management
• Extensive network of industry-related contacts
• Strong, charismatic leader
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Goal orientated
• Open and trustworthy, strong business ethics
• Excellent organizational skills

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Update, compile, control and monitor the Customer Product BOM (Bill of Material), drawing and specification.
• Assists Sales Support during the Quotation stage by preparing the proposal and tender documents.
• Assists Sales Support to trigger the production Job Launch.
• Compilation and submission of Pre-Production Documentations.
• Assists Sales Support to update Customer purchase order and Delivery Schedule.
• Compilation and submission of Concession/NC documents to customer.
• Compilation and submission of Final Product Documentation to Customer.
• Control in Filing System Managment.
• Other task that delegated by Superior.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• A-Level, ITE or Diploma in Engineering/Business or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduate with strong background in related business/engineering discipline will also be considered.
