Responsibilities

• Establishing and developing new accounts/ businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage internal & external correspondences with different stakeholders.

Manage and participate in jewellery exhibitions or events.

Manage end to end operations in assigned special themed projects.

Assist/Manage and carry out all administration and tasks as directed by the Direct Manager.

Assist in travel arrangement including travel visa, hotel accommodation, meetings and calendar management ( if have jewellery fair)

To be involve in the process of crafting promotion and branding advertising script

Promote brand awareness through company’s brand policies and procedures.

Learn and understand the design concept as well as product knowledge on Jewellery and Gemstones.

Able to understand the product, pricing, creative styling, promotions and be confident with necessary professional jewellery knowledge.

Responsible for handling Jewellery and Gemstones with care.

Handle sales enquiries and process sales orders for all platforms.

Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness with the store and store displays.

Keep stock inventory.

Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.

Maximize sales by achieving sales targets/goals.

Management and training of new employees

Job Description:

Grant Administration

• Responsible for processing and reviewing various types of grant submissions while adhering to the terms and conditions of different grantors. This includes reconciling grant expenditures, identifying non-fundable items, and conducting budgetary checks.
• Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to coordinate, clarify, and advise on issues related to grant processing, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Utilize accounting knowledge to post grant receivables/payables and reclassify non-fundable expenses through SAP.
• Maintain and review accurate data records of grant submissions and related working papers.
• Regularly update and review the work schedule to report on the progress of assigned submissions.
• Address any grant-related queries raised by grantors and other stakeholders.

Grant Audit

• Assist the team lead in supporting grant audits, including the collection and extraction of necessary documents.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure audits are completed within the stipulated timeline with the appointed auditors.

Job Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
• Diploma in qualifications.
• Knowledge of the SAP system, grant management, and robotic process automation is advantageous.
• Experience with iGrants, IGMS, and the SAP system is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-driven, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous, able to multitask, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
