Job Description

1. Pre-Sales Administration Support

• Maintain customer-material pricing in SAP.

• Create material master in SAP.

• Create and maintain customer master data in SAP.

• Attend to initial customer’s enquiries on pricing, stock availability, lead time and etc.

• Assist sales team in compiling tender documentation for submission.

2. Sales Administration Support

• Responsible for all sales related processing in SAP pertaining to :

- Orders creation & maintenance

3. After Sales & Service Administration Support

• Responsible for all service related processing in SAP pertaining to:

• Attend to customers on after-sales service requests & complaints.

• Coordinate internally to ensure service requirements are fulfilled whilst ensuring compliance with policies and procedures of the company.

• Monitor & communicate with customer (external & internal) to provide information and status pertaining to their order.

• Prepare order related documentations for hand-over to customer, eg: warranty certification, service manual, parts catalog, financial related documents.

4. Warranty Claims Administration

• Monitor warranty claim status and co-ordinate to ensure claims are processed and completed.

5. Purchasing

• Create Vendor and maintain Purchasing Information Record in SAP.

• Create purchase order in SAP

• Coordinate order confirmation, shipment arrangements and importation documentations with vendors for direct shipment.

• Follow up and resolve shipment discrepancy with vendors.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Business or related field

• 3 to 5 years of working experience, preferably in sales coordination / administration.

• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Job Description

1. Expanding the network of sales agents and maintaining the connections, note that you will receive the commission fee the more you successfully expanded

2. Organising various health-themed events and hosting the clients during on-site activities;

3. Guiding potential clients in experiencing health adjustment equipment (promoting the purchase of experience products or services);

4. Encouraging clients to join the membership program and inviting them to join the corporate social media group;

5. Explaining health services and related product knowledge to clients;

6. Overseeing daily operations, leading merchandising activities, and ensuring sales targets are met

7. Providing reports to management, such as sales reports, lead generation reports, and customer complaints reports

Position Summary:
The Sales Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, assisting in sales operations, and facilitating communication between internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client information, contracts, and other relevant documents.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates.
• Handle post-sale administrative support, ensuring smooth onboarding and follow-up with new clients.
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other communication with clients, as needed.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to track lead generation and qualification efforts.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external sales events or workshops.
  Assist with ad-hoc sales or marketing projects as requested by the Sales Manager or Business Development Manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales administration or similar roles (preferably in the corporate services industry).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
