In this role you will make an important contribution to the entire sales process from business development prospecting to closing of sales.

Sales Engineer

· Coordinate and participate in sales reporting and customer meetings.

· Provide good customer service with technical support and attend to their enquiries.

· Conduct site visits and assessments to meet the clients' needs.

· Seek referrals andcontinue to build customer base.

· Analyse opportunities and make recommendations to customers’ requirements.

· Clearly articulate the value of Helmsion products and services, demonstrate a strong understanding of our product offerings and the competitive landscape.

· Prepare budgetary proposals, Request for Information, Request for Proposals.

· Work with the team to negotiate and close complex deals.

· Strategize with the team to explore the market and maximize profits.

· Prepare analysis reports on sales performance against revenue objectives, sales productivity and ideas to review effectiveness.

Requirements

· Degree in Business/Mechanical Engineering or Technical Education

· Excellent multi-lingual and interpersonal skills

· Excellent time-management with consistent follow-up skills

· Team player who can work independently and possess a ‘go-getter’ attitude

· Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with contacts

· Experience in outdoor industrial equipment sales will be an advantage

· Basic + Allowance - HP & Transport + Commission base on sales target

· Required to visit customers

• Achieve annual sales growth targets by designing and implementing strong growth plans.
• Lead actively in the development of key accounts and major projects to secure wins together with team members. Expand Singapore market share within targeted market segments, identifying new product applications, adding new customers and winning over competitive accounts.
• Lead in continuous improvement of internal sales processes to raise productivity of the sales team with CRM and partnerships with customer service & operations teams to provide a high level of customer service to our accounts.

Requirement

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales/business development and familiar with cooling systems/HVAC for data centers.
• Strong sales hunting personality, driven and a self-starter.
• Strong time management skills, able to multitask and work effectively under tight timelines.
• Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviours, competitor analysis and market trends.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
• Good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
• Able to work both independently as well as is a team player.
