RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain good housekeeping of working areas and keep track of the equipment.
• Liaising with freight forwards and customers, to ensure that testing materials are delivered on time and accurately.
• Monitor inventory and schedule requisition of materials.
• Accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform receiving of goods into the system and record batch and serial number when required.
• Run periodic cycle count and stock take.
• Purchasing and liaison with suppliers.
• Plan & manage fulfilling contracts from Order Entry.
• Ensure PO validation, compliance & approval.

• Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant studies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics Management and Inventory matters
• Computer literate: MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook
• Experience in analyzing and tracking expenses
• Knowledgeable in shipping procedures and documentation for customs clearance
• Good understanding of local and cross-border import/export rules and regulations
