Coordinate and Monitor all Architecture trade

• Submission of sample/ shop drawing/ catalogues & technical documents for consultants approval and keep track of all approvals , feedback/ comments form consultants for subsequence processing
• Coordinate with others discipline (Structure and M&E) for all technical issues found in construction drawings
• Check all drawings and prepare RFI for all discrepancies
• Coordinate and submit all materials to consultant for approval
• Coordinate with VDC/ BIM team for all Architecture setting out issue
• Prepare work method of statement for submission
• Coordinate with subcon for trade demo before start works
• Ensure all work with proper inspection records by RTO
• Control the registration and distribution of architectural construction drawings and revision
• To manage the quality control QA/QC works to achieve CONQUAS score
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by Project Manager

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• At least 3 years of local working experience in the Architectural Coordination works
• Proficient in AutoCAD, basic knowledge for BIM software like Revit
• Able to lead and work independently

Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships in order to achieve positive customer experiences
• Responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities and customer retention.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Marketing or related
• Min 2 years of working experience in sales support environment with customer relationship and maintenance responsibility
