As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating media plans, developing your account territory and partnering with clients to ensure their ROI is second to none. You will manage a set of key accounts and be responsible for growing your market share to add to the bottom line of your business unit.

Key responsibilities:

• Event sponsorship and media advertising revenue; grow territory revenue by increasing the volume of clients, average spend of each client and market share across all platforms.
• Business development; to hunt and attract new business for your assigned territory and grow a client base in our key markets across SEA.
• Product development and market growth; constantly share insights and market intelligence feedback with key stakeholders to develop your media and events products, leading to increased revenue.
• Develop innovative sales strategies that deliver results.
• Reporting; communicate actual results to target on a weekly basis ensuring accurate forecasting and an understanding of your market to align with economic changes and industry trends.

Key requirements:

• Excellent sales skills; sales process, negotiation and closing.

• Sleek presentation skills; ability to structure and present media campaign plans.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Minimum two years of advertising & sponsorship sales experience in events or media industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Responsible for issuing quotations, follow up on purchase orders, create invoices.

· Prepare delivery and invoice documents for deliveries and email to customers.

· Upload invoices to customers’ invoice portal.

· Compile and maintain documents and records of all billings.

· Maintain and update customers’ database.

· Prepare monthly or periodic reports of all billings.

· Raise PR for the company’s purchase.

· Upkeep and update the internal website.

· Participate in exhibitions locally and overseas.

· Cross-department functions such as coordinating with the Finance team to issue a credit note.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

· Certificate / Diploma in any field / Experience in a Sales Admin-related field will be considered.

· At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or similar roles.

· Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.

· Good verbal and written communication skills. Bilingualism in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.

· Good team player and able to work well independently and in a fast-paced environment.
