Job Description

• Sales Data Management
• Assisting to send reminder to key accounts on specific matters
• Consolidate and coordinating information from sub-account clients
• Update Sell-in and Sell-out files
• Maintain Sell-in Sell-out Database
• Track and manage Trade Investment (TI) data
• Submit invoices and run reports for HOS
• Samples coordination
• Provide support during trade show

Job Description:

• Verification of opportunities and ensuring that all documentations (e.g.: licenses, menus) are valid for smooth merchant onboarding.
• Handles day-to-day operations for the Sales team through various tasks (e.g.: report generation, pipeline management, onboarding, slides).
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in relation to onboarding and contracting processes.
• Handles tickets and channel escalations and assigning them to the relevant stakeholders within SLA.
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by team lead.

Clinical Research Coordinator

Location: Kent Ridge
Duration: 1 year contract
Working hours: 5 days office hours

Job scope:

• Oversee overall clinical operations related to the conduct of the clinical trials.
• To adhere to compliance with Research Governance, Good Clinical Practice, Data Protection and Ethical Requirements.
• To ensure the study and study procedures are conducted in accordance with the study protocol
• To participate in patient recruitment.
• To ensure study entry criteria are fulfilled.
• To ensure informed consent procedure is followed.
• To coordinate patient visits for future tests and procedures.
• To schedule visit according to study protocol.
• To organize and participate in site initiation visit.
• To work in collaboration with study team to ensure trial preparedness.
• To monitor patients throughout the study to ensure study drugs are given according to protocol requirement.
• To arrange for clinical and laboratory investigations to be carried out according to protocol

• Issue contract sheet to Customer. Timely, prepare, monitor,and verify shipping documents from Suppliers and send shipping instructions of materials for shipment. Send copy of full set of shipping documents. File and keep all documents properly
• Arrange payment to suppliers on time and monitor receivable payment from customers. Check credit limit balance in term of percentage. Escalate potential issues in the department in a timely manner.
• Handle internal system (e.g. SAP) and record all the transaction data . Timely input monthly closing entries into internal accounting system and providing shipping documents to accounting on time for proper management of profit and loss for the department.
• Follow the instruction to communicate with customer/supplier/shipping company etc. to provide required documents in a strictly timely fashion by reminding involved parties in verbal and written means.
