• Manage “no show” reservations by investigating and recording of the same, and providing advice to Front Office on charges (if required).
• Maintain knowledge of special rates, offers or promotions in Hotel to be able to provide correct and updated information to guests.
• Prepare reports accurately and truthfully (e.g. up-sell report, reconversion reports, etc.).
• Handle credit card information and charges for all pre-paid reservations securely and accurately, with the goal of maximizing guest satisfaction and reducing rebates.

• Provide support to operational team in the conversion of Food and Beverage and In-room Dining calls.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Sales Ambassador will be responsible for meeting individual and boutique sales targets, providing exceptional client service levels at all times, cultivating and maintaining a loyal client base and assisting with daily boutique operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
• Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies.

Job Description

• Give out samples to the shoppers
• Approach, conduct sales pitch, convince prospects to purchase our services & products.
• Provide skincare consultation, product demonstration, recommendations on treatment plans and suitable products to client
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and shop sales target

• Train new comers, motivate all sales staff
