Responsibilities

Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you would work closely with clients to schedule, plan, monitor, forecast, resource and manage all the project activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. As the Project BIM Coordinator (Hybrid), you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes, ensuring effective coordination & collaboration among various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. BIM Implementation:

Construction Coordinator reports to Asst. The Architectural Coordinator assists the Architect & the Project Manager in supervision of all architectural works at Project Site to ensure that works performed by construction coordinators and subcontractors are in accordance with specifications, drawings and stipulated work programme as well as quality requirement, standards and architectural construction materials are efficiently utilized. The Architectural Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating with the client’s representative, consultant, subcontractor, other trade coordinators, and the BIM (Building Information Modelling) team, and managing a team of construction coordinators to ensure the project is completed profitably.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture (Preferably recognized by BOA)

Job Description

· Assist the team to assign Instructors/Facilitators for the company's various programmes. On average, we have around 300+ locations (weekly classes) every month to schedule (work to be divided between a team of 4 coordinators).

· Source and confirm Instructors/Facilitators for programmes based on the different themes and objectives of the clients.

· Source and build a new pool of Instructors/Facilitators actively for the programmes under your charge.

· Create and maintain strong working relationships with Instructors/Facilitators (for all related programmes).

· To brief and disseminate information to Instructors/Facilitators for various programmes.

· Evaluate and make changes to the programme based on clients' and affiliated companies' feedback and evaluation.

· Monitor the Instructors/Facilitators performances and discipline while ensuring that it adheres to the code of conduct.

· Track and maintain updated records/logs of incidents at the events.

· Verify Instructors/Facilitators logsheet at the beginning of each month for payment.

· Assist the Operations Manager or other Programme Coordinators with any other ad-hoc tasks when required.

Job Requirements

· Candidates with Sports Science Background will have an advantage

• Plan for on site work schedule and sequence of work.

• Min. 2 years building construction industry is an advantage

• Plan and manage staff schedules, including reshuffling due to changes or cancellations.
• Assist with rostering matters for various projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Handle stakeholder requests via group chats, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions.
• Correct worklog discrepancies together with the nurse manager
• Perform administrative tasks such as uploading appointment schedules, patient particulars, patient notes.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges effectively.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or related setting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and operational requirements, maintaining flexibility and composure.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.
• Experience in scheduling and logistics coordination is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to commit 6 days per week
