The Role

This is a full time and permanent position to join our Far East Sales Team, based at our office in Singapore. Reporting to the Managing Direct – Far East, the Sales Administrator will play a key role in assisting with incoming inquiries for Retail and Event Rental Sales in both Singapore and Hong Kong. You will also play a key support role for our Business Development Managers in both locations. You will join an established team with a wealth of experience in Lowe’s products and services and work closely with the internal team to deliver against customer needs and requirements.

Key job responsibilities include:

· Administering incoming inquiries, quotes and sales orders through CRM tools

· Generating and managing all new business leads on the internal platforms.

· Assisting with business development outreach and tracking campaigns through CRM

· Managing and coordinating deliveries with driver network

· Responding to customer queries and sharing updates on their orders

· Assisting and providing administrative support to Business Development Managers when required

· Raising and chasing Purchase Orders

· Assisting with sales order process on behalf of the team in other service lines when required.

· Support on general ad-hoc administration when required

· Previous experience within sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential.

Essential Skills & Experience:

· Previous inside sales, customer service or administrative experience.

· Must be detail oriented and meticulous with administration duties, as well as being very organized.

· With the role covering Singapore and Hong Kong, language requirements include

o English – fluent (spoken and written)

o Cantonese – fluent (spoken and written)

o Mandarin – intermediate (spoken and written)

· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Executive will manage his/her Sales Channel and reports directly to the CEO
• Develop effective sales strategy to grow existing accounts as well as identifying new channel opportunities to drive incremental sales
• To work closely with customers and build long term relationship
• To handle customers’ feedbacks professionally
• To work closely with the sales team in achieving the sales objective for the month, quarter and year.

Job Requirements

1) Have at least 3 years experience in Singapore

2) Manage various fruit stalls in Singapore and its employees

3) Must be knowledgeable about durians and fruits from various countries and states

4) Have knowledge about the pricing and quality of durians and fruits

5) Need to train staff assistant

6) Be able to identify sales trends

7) Able to work on split shift, night shift, weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays during peak seasons.

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

Responsibilities:

a) Attend to walk-in customers and provide a high standard of customer service

b) Ensure that individual and outlet targets are achieved

c) Ensure adherence of outlet staff to all company policies / procedures, such as punctuality etc

d) Works closely with fellow shop assistants and develop good cooperation and teamwork

e) Ensure proper grooming standards which are in line with company's image at all times

f) Upkeep shop and maintain display standards

g) Ensure storeroom is maintained clean and neat at all times in accordance with company's guidelines/ requirements

h) Ensure that merchandise & visual display is adhered to HQ direction
