This is a full time role for an Indoor Sales Executive located in Penjuru. Our company is one of the food product supplier and you will be responsible for handles customer interactions primarily over the phone, including managing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. They focus on understanding customer needs, promoting products, and driving sales by pursuing new opportunities and meeting targets. The role includes staying updated on company offerings, tracking sales performance, performing administrative tasks, and collaborating with other teams to ensure excellent customer service and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Admin or relevant
• At least 3 years of working experience as Sales Coordinator

The incumbent is responsible for identifying market, product portfolio and individual customer strategies and opportunities. This position requires a strategic thinking, self-starting individual who is able to communicate with varying personal backgrounds in a business and social environment. Key Responsibilities

Market Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments for Electric Motors / IOT products and services.
• Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to position our products effectively.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate the market and achieve sales targets.
• Strong Focus on MRO sales and development for Electric motors to new and existing customers.
• Business Development of IOT solutions

Customer-Relationship-Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEM partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead technical discussions, negotiations, and contract discussions, ensuring favourable terms and long-term partnerships.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Drive sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report progress regularly to the Managing director

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience & Pre-Requisites:

• Proven track record in electric motor sales or relevant e.g electrical / automation / instrumentation solutions
• Good contacts with end-users in the Oil and Gas / Chemicals/ Manufacturing / semiconductor / Industrial segments
• Minimum 2~ 3 Years Sales experience in Electrical solutions selling
• ITE / Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Possess class 3 driving license and preferably to have own transport (Transport allowances will be provided)

Job Description:

Administrative

• Handle project-related administrative tasks
• Compile and organise project-related information
• Schedule and organise meetings with stakeholders and vendor
• Prepare regular status reports for the project manager
• Support the security onboarding of new team members from vendor to the project

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a liaison between project manager and internal stakeholders
• Distribute project updates and communications
• Manage and respond to routine project-related queries

Quality Control and Change request

• Assist in coordinating quality assurance activities
• Collect and organise feedback from UAT sessions
• Assist in assessing the impact of proposed changes

Application Support

• Provide support of new application systems
• Perform minor code change when needed
• Liaise with with helpdesk agents, end-users and external vendors during application support and problem resolution

Requirement

• Possess a Degree In IT/ Computer Science or equivalent qualification
• Min 2 years relevant working experience as IT Admin or IT project coordinator
• Exposure to SDLC
• Proficient with PM tools such as Confluence or Jira
• Proficient with Ms Office suite
