• Manage day-to-day regional study related activities, including responding and resolving challenges in logistics, lab tests resulting, monitoring and study supplies, keeping the Global Study Manager informed of any study development
• Monitor, track and provide resolution to all local study issues, keeping the Global Study Manager in the communication loop

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in relevant fields.

1. Position Description

Reporting to the Assistant/Operations Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for keeping track of incoming and outgoing inventory in the ERP/WMS system tallies with physical stocks. To coordinate, monitor and update the movements for the incoming, storage and outgoing of inventory (virtual & physical stocks). And general administration duty in the Operations Department.

Specifically, this role exists to:

1. Monitoring inventory in the ERP/WMS systems
