• Hiring and training sales teams in different regions to keep up with sales goals
• Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads

• Assist in audit of documentation and contract terms required for trade transactions

• Identify and secure new business prospects for logistics services focusing in freight and logistics business within the Group
• Provide quotation/sales agreement to prospective customer
• Attend and resolve any payment issues, feedback or disputes raised by customers
• Create positive and long-lasting relationships with current and potential customers through regular engagements
• Maintain close coordination with superior to ensure profitability of sales leads or perform better than budgeted figures
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations and reporting
• Maintain sales-related database

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in Logistics / Business or related field
• 2 years’ sales experience in freight / logistics business
• Self-motivated and possess drive to meet sales target
• Good working network among customers
• Good communication and negotiation skills
