The Coordinator will support day to day coordination activities to the sales department in the customer service department. He/ She is responsible to assist in customer enquiry and ensure order fulfilment to meet organization on time delivery objective.

Responsible in handling sales enquiries

Handle full spectrum of order processing and coordinate deliveries/shipping

Tracking of sales orders to ensure order are on schedule and are send out in timely manner

• To manage, maintain, develop and improve the quality and customer ratings for the customer service department.
• To serve as a point of contact for all assignees, accounts, for both private, corporate & agent business.
• To communicate & interact with very demanding assignees / accounts and continually enhance the Company relationships with our move managers.
• Efficiently liaise with assignees, finance, operations, sales teams and destination agents to ensure the smooth flow of all moves.
• Accurate file management & administration of any agent and private move initiations.
• Ensure that all accounts are maintained to the highest level, running the move as cost efficiently as able without compromising on any quality standards.
• Maintain close communication with the accounts, colleagues and other departments.
• Use all resources available to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
• Complete all required documentation for export and import Moves.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with all freight & ancillary suppliers.
• Liaise with any overseas agents and other global suppliers.

• Responsiveness to a minimum of FIDI standard guidelines.
• To work closely with the move managers, sales, shipping & operations teams.
• Preparation of all job dockets and supporting documents prior to packing/del dates.
• Pre-ordering of all crates / handyman / maid or any other additional services.
• Efficiently liaise with assignees on crew arrival times or any changes in the job scheduling.
• Ensure all customs and insurance documents are collected and completed in full.
• Ensure the invoices are raised emailed to accounts in a timely, accurate manner.
• To maintain & update all data in Moveware for files at all times.
• When required, communicate with destination agents to ensure that they have received all necessary documentation and that Customs Clearance and deliveries to our clients have been confirmed.
• Precise communication to update the clients of the shipment arrival dates.
• Accurate client file management

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in site co-ordination work
• Possess BCSS and WAH Supervisor Certificate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess Class 3 driving licence

Job Description & Requirements

- Carry out and conduct site safety inspection

- Identify safety lapses and carry out rectification

- Conduct safety talks

- Generate safety reports and conduct safety toolbox meeting

- Ensure and educate safety requirements and compliance with Plant Owner/Stakeholder.

- Liaise closely with Plant Owner/Client/Stakeholder on all safety aspects.

- Carry out safety investigation and recommend measures

- Carry out safe work practice and adhere to safety measures including Safe mangement system

- Conduct check on permit to work etc.

Requirements

Min. 3 or more years of related work experience in workplace safety, health, and security.

Recognise certificate in Safety and Health awarded by MOM/WSQ.

Must have relevant work experience in Petrolchemical/Oil/Gas industry is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work in Jurong Island

Familiar with safety requirements at site.
