Purpose of role:

We are looking to hire a self-motivated and results-oriented person to drive sales and revenue. The individual is preferably to have experience in Corporate Secretarial & HR services industry and perform similar role in a Corporate Service Provider’s company. Able to cultivate and nurture relationship in all levels of organisation, with proven track record of successfully delivering sales campaign/ projects in collaboration across the businesses. The goal is to develop this person to manage a team.

Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Actively prospect new and existing customers for Company products and maintain profitable relationships within the list of existing and new accounts.
• Develop a market opportunity plan
• Build and execute activities to implement the market plan that was developed
• Ability to deal with objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales in a timely manner

Sales and Client Management

• Manage current and develop new client relationship
• Develop new opportunities with current clients and continuous cross-selling activities
• Develop new opportunities with a new client
• Be able to present and demo to potential clients
• Consistent closure of new orders to meet assigned quota
• Prepare quotations, agreements and billing
• Managed and ensured the renewal of the current contract for the client assigned
• Promote account growth by consistently delivering post-sales satisfaction, managing customer relationships, and looking to identify new needs and business opportunities
• Make cold calls as required

Sales Management and Operations

• Manage the pipeline using the sales methodology, practice and tools determine by management
• Consistent update of client information, activities, updates and other information as required using the prescribed tools
• Update and submit sales forecast, pipeline, reports and other reporting as needed
• Provide sales forecast per organization requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management and other relevant degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English
• The candidate should be outgoing and enjoy engaging with people
• Able to work independently as well as a strong team player, positive, self-driven, organized and meticulous
• Able to work efficiently while multitasking and cope well under pressure.
• Preferably with experience in using CRM application

We are looking for an inquisitive, motivated Technical Sales Specialist to support our growing Search Ads business, in the Customer Success group. In this role, you will support our customers and the internal sales group with attribution and campaign management API integrations, globally. You will be accountable for solving, debugging and triaging customer related issues. You will also mentor internal teams on attribution best practices. You work directly with partners and developers to evangelize and support our features and technology around the API offerings.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience, ideally in the digital advertising industry, in a customer success, service and/or program management role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with in-person client interactions, specifically performance marketers and partners (e.g., agencies, mobile measurement)
• Solid grasp of digital advertising landscape and critical metrics for web / mobile / apps. Familiarity with search engine marketing (SEM), app-install marketing, and/or channel partners preferred
• Advanced technical skills: experience with XCode, Objective C, Swift, Java, SQL, scripting languages
• Excellent communications, project management, and interpersonal skills
• Strong personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and trust

Description

• Mentor internal teams on troubleshooting, debugging, and triaging customer related issues.
• Work directly with Apple Search Ads customers and partners to advise on XCode framework and REST API integrations.
• Liaise with Product team on driving customer requests and act as local technical expert to spread the new features and technology.
• Work closely with Partnership Group and Sales teams to be a phenomenal partner with key developers.
• Serve as a vocal advocate for our partners throughout the organization. Initiate communications to address the issues among the various teams.
• Assist with online developer document assets.
• Tackle Integration issues with the external tracking tools.
