• Coordinate with store managers on key visual merchandising efforts
• Coordinate with event and management teams and prepare innovative strategies for display

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
• Demonstrate strong creativity and imagination
• Proven hands on experience in working with graphic software and monitoring visual displays
• Demonstrate expertise in store merchandising
• Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual or merchandising or related discipline
• Experienced in working with multi-brand retailers

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

• Collaborating closely with the Purchasing and Shipping departments to facilitate a streamlined and seamless operation.
• Primarily engaged in administrative tasks related to processing local sales orders and managing delivery schedules.
• Verifying freight and courier charges for customers.
• Providing on-the-job training for the ERP system as part of the job responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
