Responsibilities:

• Interface with customers, including end users, consulting engineers, OEMs, government officials, and others to promote the sale of company products and services.
• Provide market feedback on key issues related to the company’s commercial and competitive position.
• Report on sales activities as required by the company.
• Achieve the annual sales target assigned.
• Conduct presentations to educate customers about products and services.
• Attend sites for preliminary troubleshooting or as requested by customers.
• Perform other relevant tasks and responsibilities as directed.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of channel sales or business development experience in the water treatment, environmental, or chemical industry.
• Ability to understand client needs and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge and experience with membrane products (RO, UF, MBR, NF) is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
