As a WFH Recruitment Researcher at Kairos Global Search, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by identifying and sourcing high-caliber candidates. This is a remote position with a high commission structure, offering flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding the right talent to meet client needs. This role is a pure candidate facing role (no sales involved). There is training provided!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates across various industries
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to source qualified candidates
• Pre-screen candidates by evaluating resumes and applications to match client requirements
• Build and maintain a database of prospective candidates
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand job specifications and deliver relevant talent
• Support recruiters by providing detailed candidate information and insights
• Stay updated on market trends, job boards, and recruitment tools

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment research or talent sourcing is an added advantage for this role
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using various recruitment platforms and databases
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
• Comfortable with a commission-based role (no base salary)
