Job Description:

· Responsible for achieving the stipulated sales target set by company.

· Formulate offline sales strategy, develop, and organize the implementation of a comprehensive sales plan, lead the team to translate the plan into sales results.

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers in the enterprise software market, with a preference for those needing EduTech and Office Automation (OA) systems solution.

· Stay informed about software industry trends, competitive services, and market conditions.

· Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing/new clients to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

· Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related

· Preferred qualifications include 5 years or more of B2B software sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. Prior sales experience in the EduTech and OA office software industry is desirable.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Must maintain high professional and technical knowledge standard.

· Fluency in English and Chinese to interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients or staff at the China branch.

This role manages one team member and reports directly to the Singapore Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow the Showroom Sales: Create and maintain a welcoming experience for showroom customers, providing them with our pet wellness and grooming products and solutions.
• Drive the Showroom Awareness: Encourage customers to leave positive Google Map reviews and to post our showroom photos on social media, by offering brand gifts.
• Update the Showroom Displays and Decorations: Work proactively with our marketing team to decorate our showroom for various holidays and events.
• Organize Showroom Events: Plan and execute the monthly events at the showroom, such as Dog Owners Brunch or Cat Owners Sunset Cocktail party.
• General Showroom Management: Products and giveaways inventory control, cashier duties, end-of-day settlement.

Requirements:

• Education: A college degree or higher, preferably in sales, administration, or customer service.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, reception, or customer service is a plus. 2 years of sales experience above.
• Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills; Strong in sales and event management.
• Personal Qualities: Proactive, passionate in pet care, with strong ownership.

Role Description

The position reports directly to the Chief Operation/Sales Officer. A Sales Manager plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets while integrating marketing strategies. They lead and motivate the sales team, setting objectives and developing plans to meet company goals. Key responsibilities include creating sales strategies, forecasting revenue, and analyzing market trends. They also collaborate closely with the marketing department to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns and promotions. Overseeing training and development, building client relationships, and addressing customer needs are essential duties.

Individual will be involved in:

1. Developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

2. Analyzing market trends.

3. Working with the marketing department to create marketing campaigns and promotions.

4. Training of new sales representatives.

5. Forging relationship with business partners.

Preferred Competencies:

1. Sales Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and trends to make informed decisions.

2. Forecasting: Skills in sales forecasting and budgeting techniques.

3. Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media strategies.

4. Presentation Software: Competency in using tools like PowerPoint or Keynote for creating sales presentations.

5. Spreadsheet Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

6. Training: Coming up with training plan to guide future managers on the important skills that a sales representative needs

7. Developing Sales Pitch: Product Knowledge ensures they can confidently answer questions and demonstrate the value of their offering. Listen to client's woes and identify strategy to improve their current process.

Candidate will be contracted to the PropertyConnect Private Limited for a period of 6 months, during which, training and guidance will be provided. Thereafter, the candidate can choose to convert into a full-time employee with the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain client relationships, understand client needs, and provide personalized financial planning and solutions.
2. Analyze market dynamics, recommend suitable financial products and services to clients, and achieve sales targets.
3. Assist clients in understanding the characteristics of financial products and investment risks, and provide professional investment advice.
4. Establish and maintain good client relationships to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, management, or related fields preferred.
2. Experience in state-owned enterprises is preferred, with familiarity with state-owned enterprise culture and business processes.
3. Strong communication skills, sales techniques, and service awareness to provide clients with professional advice and solutions.
4. Strong learning ability and adaptability to quickly understand financial product knowledge and market dynamics.
5. Team spirit and a positive work attitude, able to withstand a certain level of work pressure.
