• Oversee deliveries between vessels and vendors, ensuring efficient and timely coordination.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, monitor docking schedules, and manage the issuance and confirmation of NOR.
• Track vessel downtime, coordinate meetings, and ensure effective communication between all relevant parties.
