Summary:

• Basic salary up to $4000

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management: planning & implementation
• Manage site activities and liaise with project team, sub-con or vendors
• Coordinate with clients, architects / designers, main-con, engineers and etc
• Coordinate with suppliers for on time delivery of materials
• Determine site condition & perform pre-installation check
• Preparation and submission of site installation drawing
• Perform testing and Commissioning of the installed systems & equipment
• Other relevant ad-hoc duties

Key Requirements:

• Class 3 driving license is required
• At least 3 years in related industry / construction background
• Possess hands on technical & mechanical skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking vendors / contractors
