Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Implementing new sales plans
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

· Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Sales Manager Requirements and skills

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)

Job Purpose:

• The SSM is the main interface between the Company's Customers and Suppliers including the end customer of the Partner. BDM is responsible for business expansion & execution of the suppliers' strategy. The SSM is responsible for the complete sales cycle with an aim to maximizing revenue, Net Gross Profits and Customer satisfaction by developing deep relationships with key people in the supplier organization, partners and end customers. Will be responsible for handling suppliers independently clearly focusing on delivery top-class value-added services.

Responsibilities:

• Create, Develop and implement supplier and vendor specific initiatives
• Channel Partner and Vendor engagement
• Execution - Credit management, Order processing, AR Collections
• Operational excellence - pipeline management, forecasting and inventory management

Role Summary

GVRN (“Govern”) is an automated back office solution for web3 organisations. We help founders with everything from incorporation, accounting and fundraising to the decentralisation phase of the organisation such as token generation events, setting up of a DAO and ongoing governance. In this role you will be responsible for business development, sourcing new leads, onboarding and managing B2B customer relationships.

What you can expect to work on:

• Lead sales strategy and execution for all clients
• Develop market and competitive assessments to identify and drive new opportunities
• Develop new relationships with sales multipliers (eg. VC funds and accelerators)
• Build processes for top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion
• Support management in preparing sales forecasts and KPI reporting for use in organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
• Assess the needs of our clients and gather feedback to improve upon existing products/services
• Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
• Eventually manage, inspire, and motivate a client-facing and high-performing team as the company scales

• 2+ years of relevant experience gained in a B2B sales role targeting startups

The Security Coordinator (Systems) is responsible for overseeing and supporting the development and maintenance of physical security systems at client sites within the APAC region. They will have regular interactions with the Global Security team members across the globe and will also work closely with people from various functions, including EH&S, Facilities, and critically GIS (IT).

The Coordinator can expect to work on the design and delivery of products, solutions, outcomes, and data production. They will develop and execute projects relating to physical security program, from scope and definition to implementation and continuous improvement. With the guidance and direction of the Security Systems team, this position will work with various system integrators, collaborate in the procurement of goods and services, installation of systems and maintenance required. They will help identify end of life system replacement needs and make recommendations accordingly.

The Coordinator is an embedded role within the client organization, and will report direct to the Security Systems Specialist for EMEA & APAC, while having an operational reporting line to the Regional Security Lead for APAC. They will be physically sited at one of the major client sites in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and supporting physical security tools across the APAC footprint with systems and technology at the forefront.
• Support the enhancement of the ‘front of house’ customer experience through the best use of systems and data made available.
• Work closely with Global Security team members at facilities assigned, to include ensuring that metrics are met and efficient services are provided
• Support the design and delivery of effective security systems projects to relevant staff across the APAC Region
• Support Global Physical Security policies, procedures, guidelines, standards, and best practices
• When needed, interface with other business areas and sectors to accomplish cooperative goals, representing Global Security in multidisciplinary initiatives
• Foster effective communication and coordination with the Global Security leadership and team

• Relevant technical background with previous experience administering enterprise security systems (Lenel, Milestone, Genetec, etc.)
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and critical reasoning skills
