• Post evaluation analysis of all events, campaigns, promotions and collaborations
• Manage agencies to ensure high level of campaign effectiveness
• Ensure proper implementation of campaigns that are in line with company's guidelines
• Assist to strategize and respond to marketing initiatives and campaigns requested by landlords, franchisees and subsidiaries around the world.
• Assist to respond in a timely manner to partnership and collaboration requests and assess them in order to drive both revenue and brand awareness through tie-ups, collaborations, product placements, sponsorships, events, etc. This includes outreach, contract execution and seeing through deliverables
• Marketing analytics & reporting

Requirements:

• Masters/Bachelor's degree/Diploma or equivalent in Business and Marketing
• 1 years of experience in marketing brands.
• Good leadership and people management capabilities; provide clear direction to the team
• Creative thinker, possess learning agility, able to work under a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Prepare design proposal with material selection for customized furniture (wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and sliding doors)
• Prepare 3D / AutoCAD drawings and renderings according to clients' requirements
• Conduct site visits to take measurements and assess site situations
• On-site coordination during project installation
• Conceptualize designs and artwork for branding and marketing communications
• Be able to fully comprehend technical specifications of our products so that they can be applied in the drawings

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field of study such as Interior Design or Architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD software, Adobe and Microsoft Office
• Two years' relevant experience in a related industry
• Innovative, creative and ability to work independently
• Interest in furniture and interior design, keep up with interior design trend
• Preferably have some experience in architectural work
