Job Description

i) To work with the PM to comply with environmental, health & safety (EHS) laws laws, advise PM on environmental remediation measures, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards

We are expanding, looking for full-time Outdoor Sales Executive to join us.

Job Scope

• Promote and sell lighting products to clients.
• Develop a business network in the local sector of lighting industry.
• Build long lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
• Service and grow the existing customer base

Job Requirements

• Self driven to meet monthly team target
• Own transport prefered
• Well groomed & neat
• Comfortable communicating with people
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• High adaptivity and flexibility
• Able to effectively communicate to customers in English and Mandarin language
• At least 1 year sales experience
• Experience in lighting and sanitary ware a plus point
• Experience liasing with major departmental store, local retail chains

Main Office in Balestier, 5 day work week. (9am - 5.30pm)

Salary : $2600 - $5000

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
• Inventory stock and reorder when necessary
• Instruct staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales
• Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
• Formulate pricing policies and accuracy
• Attend trade shows to identify new products and services

Job Requirements :

Proven experience as sales or relevant role.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Able to work at night shift and split shift

Position Agenda:

As the Sales Executive, you play a critical role in shaping the image and success of our organization. Your responsibilities encompass developing and executing sales strategies that promote our brand portfolio across various channels, both online and offline. Your expertise in marketing, creativity, and leadership skills will be essential in maintaining and growing our presence in the retail market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, plan and manage omnichannel marketing calendar to drive overall revenue, marketing calendar.
• Financial budgeting for digital marketing, retail marketing and PR activities, ensuring a profitable and sustainable business
• CRM Savvy, know how to drive consumer data collection, recruit the right target audience.
• Grow the sales of the assigned portfolio
• To be able to plan and analyze social media channels,SEM, CRM data to optimize media buys and campaign spend
• Have a creative eye on what the brand stands for, work with the creative team to produce content and artwork for social media platforms, eDMs, online and offline Ad campaigns
• Create in-store and out-of-store events and campaign launches
• Plan and execute branding activities e.g. product seeding for media, KOLs and influencers, press events
• Copywrite, edit and proof-read marketing materials in both English and/or Mandarin.
• Coordinate with brand HQ on the development of marketing assets to be implemented in-store, such as signages, catalogues, brochures etc.
• Post evaluation analysis of all events, campaigns, promotions and collaborations
• Manage agencies to ensure high level of campaign effectiveness
• Ensure proper implementation of campaigns that are in line with company's guidelines
• Assist to strategize and respond to marketing initiatives and campaigns requested by landlords, franchisees and subsidiaries around the world.
• Assist to respond in a timely manner to partnership and collaboration requests and assess them in order to drive both revenue and brand awareness through tie-ups, collaborations, product placements, sponsorships, events, etc. This includes outreach, contract execution and seeing through deliverables
• Marketing analytics & reporting

Requirements:

• Masters/Bachelor's degree/Diploma or equivalent in Business and Marketing
• 1 years of experience in marketing brands.
• Good leadership and people management capabilities; provide clear direction to the team
• Creative thinker, possess learning agility, able to work under a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Key Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

You will work both independently and within the Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. This is a somewhat autonomous role, where you need to be comfortable with making front line decisions and putting forward recommendations to improve process efficiencies to ensure the highest quality of service resulting in the achievement of the monthly sales targets.

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this role is a permanent role where hours are standard business hours, on site in our Singapore Office.

Key responsibilities

• Assess customers’ needs and position our product/ offering accordingly
• Achieve allocated monthly sales target
• Present product information and demonstrate how the product works
• Communicate and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe CardioScan services utilizing effective selling skills
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
• Keep detailed records of all local customer contacts
• Manage account information and buying trends
• Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
• Plan work schedules with weekly and monthly timetables for the assigned territory
• Prepare and submit weekly updates and monthly sales reports

About you

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a medical sales representative/cabin crew or similar role
• Diploma/ Degree or equivalent
• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with company expansion plans
• Be a self-motivated, pleasant individual with a strong customer service focus
• Attitude is everything - you must be a team player with the ability to work cohesively with others
• Have decision making and problem solving skills
