LXO Events is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events,
from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives,
and then develop and implement event plans that exceed expectations.
What you'll do:
Develop and manage event concepts and proposals.
Research and select venues, vendors, and entertainment.
Create detailed event timelines and budgets.
Negotiate contracts with vendors.
Manage all aspects of event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and catering.
Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces.
Coordinate with vendors and staff to ensure smooth event execution.
Manage event budgets and track expenses.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the planning process.
Address client concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with the event.
Collect feedback from clients and attendees.
Analyze event data to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare post-event reports and recommendations.
May assist with marketing and promotion of events.May manage social media accounts for events.
May travel to attend events.May work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
What we're looking for:
Diploma in event management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in event coordination.
Without relevant experience, you can choose to tell us reason you feel you are suitable for the job.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Event planning software experience (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
