Job Brief

We are looking to hire a Country Coordinator to assist the Senior Management Team in opening, building up, and operating an overseas office. The Country Coordinator will have to establish a formal presence of MyrLabs at the overseas locale, build relationships with key corporate partners, and coordinate activities by MyrLabs’ operations teams in-country.

The overseas office will be in Bali, Indonesia. The purpose of the office is to provide local support for MyrLabs’ projects in delivering hardware and software solutions. The workload is expected to start out light and ramp up slowly over the next 1-2 years. You are expected to spend at least 50% (183 days) of your time at the overseas office. You will be supported by MyrLabs staff who will fly in from Singapore on 1- or 2-week stints. • Submit and archive paperwork systematically.
• Responsible for keeping small inventory items under lock and key.
• Work closely with accounts department for payment processing.
• Coordinate production requests between sales team and workshop operations.
• Provide sales quotes to customers for standard items.
• Packing and shipping of equipment cargo overseas.
• Undertake sourcing/purchasing for spare parts and services.
• Manage order process for new product inventory.
• Monitor supply chain delivery performance and communicate feedback to suppliers as appropriate.
• Ad hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel is a must.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience.
• Must have relevant experience, prefer with Oil and Gas, Marine background
• Experience with international freight would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• To assist manager in preparing and providing sales quotation respond to enquiries
• To liaise work sheet and assist manager in distribution of work
• To administrate on inspector certification and all other relevant documentations
• To administrate on inspector mob / demob requirement for project specific related matters
• To administrate source of suppliers on inspection department consumables and tools
• To coordinate all administrative process in relation to work
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by manager.
