Job Description

• Position Title: Sales Manager (Outdoor Sales)
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $7,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel to acquire new accounts.
• Coordinate involvement from company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and satisfy customer expectations.
• Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned accounts.
• Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs.
• Lead solution development efforts that best address customer requirements, coordinating necessary company personnel involvement.
• Achieve the assigned sales quota within designated accounts.
• Meet expectations for profitability.
• Fulfill customer objectives as defined by company management.
• Complete customer account plans to company standards.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in line with company's objectives.

• Minimum Degree holder in any discipline with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial sales role.
• Knowledgeable with silicone rubber, plastic injection, and/or metal precision components for non-functional parts.
• Extensive network and strong relationships with high-level commodity/sourcing decision-makers.
• Proven resourcefulness in identifying market opportunities.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
